The myClaimCenter page of the member information center contains snap shots of information - portlets, specific to claim data:
Claim Activity: A summary of the medical and dental claim activity for all members of your family covered by the plan. Click "View More" to see claim detail.
Claim Cost Summary: A family summary of all medical and prescription drug claims for your current plan year. The amounts are summarized by type of service and show both the amount you paid and the amount your plan paid on your behalf. To view your prior year plan information, click "View More."
Claim Status: The five most recent claims we received for both you and any dependents on your health and/or dental plan. You can quickly determine the status of the claim by referring to the "Status" column (C=Complete; I=In-process; P=Pended). You can view the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for medical claims by clicking the icon in the EOB column. To view more claims, click "View More."
Explanation of Benefits: View an electronic version of the medical EOB you receive in the mail. To more easily locate an EOB, sort by notice date, patient name, provider name, or claim number. Seven EOBs are displayed in the portlet. Use the to move forward or the to move backward.
Deductible Status: The employee's in-network deductible status. Your benefit level and amounts applied to date are shown. Click "View More" to see deductible status for other members covered under the plan.
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Status: Applicable only to members with HRA. This portlet shows your current HRA balance information.
FSA Claims and Balances: If you have a flexible spending account, click the >FSA Claim Inquiry link to view claim, payment, and balance information. You may also file flex claims electronically by clicking this link.
Claim Forms: Our most commonly requested forms.
Workbench Quick Links - Other Insurance: Click >Complete Form to tell us about any additional health insurance you may have. You may have received an Explanation of Benefits requesting this information.
Resources: Need to contact us? Use the "Contact Us" option. Glossary defines commonly used insurance terms. Help gives you information about your member information center.
Navigation Buttons: Use these buttons if you need to see more information about medical, dental, or flex claims, or benefit information.
Dependent Search: By default the employee is selected and their information is displayed in all portlets with a single person icon in the lower left corner. To change the view to another family member, select that family member.
Note: The options you see are based on your health plan's structure. You may or may not see all the information shown in this example.
Those registered as a dependent will not have access to claim or benefit information.
